If you are not completely satisfied with your SeneGence purchase, please return it for a full refund.  For all returns or exchanges there is a $10.00 processing fee.  This fee covers the costs of processing the return with SeneGence and/or shipping out your exchange.  All exchanges and returns must be sent back in a bubble wrapped envelope with tracking through the United States Postal Service.  Please contact me prior to your return to confirm that your product was purchased from Kelley Gee Beauty.  I cannot exchange product bought from another source like eBay or any other unauthorized sellers.  If you have any further questions about this policy, please contact me.
